Returns Policy

We want you to receive the right merch in the right condition. This page explains how returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and refunds are handled for purchases made through this storefront.

Return Window

We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition with tags attached. Final-sale items and any item marked non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email noreply@breakfastbiscuit.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We may also respond to direct messages sent through Instagram, but email is the preferred support channel for order issues.

Shipping Costs and Return Conditions

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not caused in transit may be rejected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the report and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us before returning the original item. Exchange availability depends on current stock. If an exchange cannot be completed, we may process the return as a refund once the original item is received and approved.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed by us, most refunds post within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time.
